We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Stingray Sporting Goods (the "Physical Goods").

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Stingray Sporting Goods will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Stingray Sporting Goods will either repair or replace the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Stingray Sporting Goods is 2 years from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

What do you have to do to claim the warranty?

To register your warranty: Within 15 days from the time of purchase, please visit, click “Register My Warranty”, and follow the on-screen prompts. You will receive email confirmation when your warranty is successfully registered.

To claim your warranty: If your product is defective and you successfully registered your warranty, please contact us at from the email you used to register your warranty. In a few sentences, please explain the defectiveness of your product and include at least 1 photo of the defect. A Stingray Sporting Goods representative will get back to you shortly, and we will be happy to help!
